Open Up Round : Chardonnay… A wine both unctuous and fresh such as Chardonnay will only express its personality in a glass such as this one, with a rather wide rim and a very angular bowl that will both help release, among others, the aroma of fresh butter typical of this varietal. The shape of the bowl brings the wine to the centre and the sides of the tongue thus providing a good balance.
